The Chesapeake Science Point Public Charter High School was born on January 20, 2010. The AACPS BoE has reviewed the plans for CSP’s growth into ninth grade and approved the expansion. CSP parents, students, staff, and the entire community have been celebrating this long waited great news.

The Chesapeake Science Point Public Charter High School was born on January 20,

2010. The AACPS BoE has reviewed the plans for CSP’s growth into ninth grade and approved the expansion. CSP parents, students, staff, and the entire community have been celebrating this long waited great news.

CSP’s High School building was completed along with its middle school facility on August 18, 2009. The CSP High School facility was also furnished by two computer labs and complete classroom furniture donated by Lockheed Martin, Anne Arundel Community College, and the Library of Congress.

The CSP community truly appreciates Anne Arundel County School System’s and Board of Education Members’ efforts to provide more successful choices for the children of AA County and to allow the CSP Community fulfill their mission via preparing its students for ivy league higher education institutions.
