The MATHCOUNTS, Annapolis Chapter Competition results are just in. Chesapeake Science Point Math Team students received the FIRST, SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH, SEVENTH AND TENTH PLACE AWARDS dominating the competition for the second year in a row. There were only 10 students recognized for this competition.

The MATHCOUNTS, Annapolis Chapter Competition results are just in. Chesapeake Science Point Math Team students received the FIRST, SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH, SEVENTH AND TENTH PLACE AWARDS dominating the competition for the second year in a row. There were only 10 students recognized for this competition.

CSP mathematics team, Team Infinity is also announced to be the BEST team of the Chapter to participate in the state finals. Team Infinity, a national champ, has been coached by Mr. Ferhar Avsar for the last two years. Mr. Avsar said he was very proud of his students.

MATHCOUNTS is one of the most challenging math competitions across the nation. The Annapolis Chapter is open to all public and private middle schools in the Eastern Shore Counties and Anne Arundel County in Maryland. Last year CSP students received 5 top awards of all 10 available and they raised the bar this year.
